Koisacco Society is managed by a Committee elected during Annual General Meeting held every year and has the mandate to be in office for three years. The committee is composed of five members. In addition, the society also has a supervisory committee which is composed of three members. The committee is subdivided into sub committees i.e. Education committee, Credit committee, and the Executive committee. The subcommittees have different functions i.e. the Education committee has a role of improving the understanding ability of the members in proper use of credit and information purposes. The Credit committees look into the loans approval and ensure that members are served effectively and promptly as may be required from time to time. The Executive committee is the one charged with the responsibility of transacting on behalf of the Sacco the management committee meets every month to discuss issues of the Sacco activities.

The Management Committee is assisted by the fulltime staffs on the day to day running of the Sacco. The staff undertakes the duty of carrying out the affairs of the Society as required and directed by the management and in accordance to the Co-operative Act, Sacco rules and Society by-laws.
